Demon Slayer Reveals Mitsuri Killer Mark

Demon Slayer Season 3 has reached the climax of the new episodes airing this season, and the latest episode has taken Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji’s Love to a whole new level by giving Hashira her own Demon Slayer mark.

The Swordsmith Village Arc from the original Demon Slayer Koyoharu Gotoge: Kimetsu no Yaiba brought Mitsuri and Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito into the center of the action with the anime’s latest season after they originally made their first debut in the first season of the series. With Muichiro dominating the episode so far, it’s time for Mitsuri to get his time to shine.

Demon Slayer Season 3 brought Mitsuri back to the anime with the latest season premiere, but his jump into action was minimal as he is primarily focused on protecting the other villagers in the area. Now with Muichiro having defeated Gyokko in the previous episode and the villagers safe for now, Mitsuri has focused all of his efforts on fighting Hantengu’s Emotion Demons.

Demon Slayer: Mitsuri’s Slayer Mark Explanation

Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 10 saw Mitsuri push herself against Zohakuten, only to be caught in Hantengu’s confusing situation when she was hit by Zohakuten’s massive attack, mistaking it for the main demon. This bit of unconsciousness actually helps him relive his past and it is revealed that until he became a member of the Demon Slayer Corps, his unique strong body and appearance made him the butt of ridicule. Reminded of this feeling of acceptance, he wakes up more determined than ever.

Mitsuri starts to push himself to move faster and fight harder, and Zohakuten notices that he’s growing the Demon Slayer mark. It takes place after a self-realization breakthrough like Tanjiro and Muichiro did in the previous episode, but it’s yet to be revealed how much boost he gets from the appearance of that sign. But with another Hashira getting this mark, it makes the mark itself all the more interesting for the fight moving forward. Final Demon Slayer Season 3 and beyond.
